Using This Website

You may use this website to learn about BWSN events and programs, request updates, and submit available applications or registrations. Do not use the site to interfere with its operation or security, submit false or misleading information, impersonate another person, upload malicious code, or infringe the rights of BWSN or others.

Tickets and Admission

BWSN tickets are sold through Eventbrite. A purchased ticket provides the admission stated for that ticket type, subject to the event and transaction terms shown on Eventbrite at the time of purchase. Eventbrite’s current listing is the source for applicable payment, refund and transaction information.

Some BWSN pathways, labs or working sessions use separate applications because participation is selective or capacity is limited. Applying to one of those opportunities does not guarantee selection. Those application requirements do not reduce the public event admission included with a purchased pass.

Applications and Registrations

Submit accurate information and follow the eligibility, schedule, credential, permit or participation requirements stated on the applicable form. Submitting an application or registration does not guarantee selection, placement, a particular assignment or another outcome unless the applicable page expressly states otherwise.

Event and Program Information

BWSN publishes schedules, participants, locations, availability and program requirements as information is approved. Information communicated for a specific ticket, selected-participant opportunity or program controls if it conflicts with general website copy.

Site Content

The names, logos, photographs, video, text, graphics and other materials on this site belong to BWSN, its collaborators, licensors or other rights holders. You may not reuse them without permission except as allowed by law. If you submit photographs, work samples or other content, you are responsible for having the rights needed to submit that material for the purpose described on the form.

Third-Party Services

The site links to services operated by others, including Eventbrite, a donation provider and social-media platforms. Their own terms and privacy notices apply when you use those services.

Changes and Contact
